Refund policy

Return Policy:

  1. If you believe, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at sahyoglooms@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
  2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 
  3. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request within 48 hours from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  4. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
  5. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. 
  6. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
  7. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse .


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also have to make sure to place the return request within the 48 hours timeframe.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue . please note that damaged items must be notified immediately to be eligible for an exchange


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items requested for return after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchange Policy:


  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note SAHYOGLOOMS will arrange for the pick up from your door step.
  3. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  4. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
    product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  5.  If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note. 
  6. Return or exchange  of the exchanged product is not possible.
  7. No discount will be given on exchange orders.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
